Fetch

A case study on working as a designer and product lead, to help build a startup from scratch.

In September 2013 I joined a three person startup as Head of Product. My responsibilities included all UX and UI design, leading all product efforts, and managing internal and external design and tech resources to successfully create multiple products at once for iOS, Android, Web, and Google Glass.

With limited seed funding, we designed tested and launched a ‘personal buying assistant’ called Fetch, for iOS and Android. Just describe a product you want to buy - using text, voice, or photo - and our team of professional shoppers will find the lowest price available online and place the order for you.
