Guerilla Test Your Ideas

Here is Mark Pincus, CEO and Founder of gaming company Zynga, talking about what he calls “Ghetto” testing, but which I prefer to call Guerilla.

  1. Imagine this feature or product is built. How would you describe your product in five words? How would you market it?
  2. Put up a landing page or MVP (minimum viable product) — even a survey — to test that idea.
  3. A/B test or “flow test” — drive traffic to that test (you may need to pay for that, boy oh boy!)

This is very lean startup thinking — ME LIKEY!
