PeaceMaker is a project I co-founded and designed while at Carnegie Mellon’s Entertainment Technology Center. A video-game simulating the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, PeaceMaker’s goal is to teach high school students about global issues and peace. Our intent was to shift the theme and tone of so many video games about conquest and destruction the engage teens, and prove a positive message could be equally engaging.

As the player, you take the role of a major political leader: either the role of the Israeli Prime Minister or the Palestinian President. You are tasked with bringing peace to the region before your term in office ends.
